Christopher Paul got his start in the real estate business from the ground up. In 1982 Christopher worked as a tradesman building adobe block homes designed by local architect Bill Tull and later for the Valley Developer/Home builder Von Dix. Shortly after Graduating Arizona State University,
Christopher purchased his first investment property in 1990 and by 2000 he had purchased and sold multiple properties while retaining some as rentals. He now has more than thirty years of experience in numerous facets of the real estate business. Christopher started Unlimited Ink Investments and Chris Paul Realty, two complimentary companies for full service real estate sales and investing.
In 2015, Christopher started the Chris Paul Team and joined Realty One Group. By helping Attorneys, Maricopa County Superior Court, land developers, investors and the average home buyer and seller, Christopher and his team are top producers at Realty One Group. Christopher's sales production has earned numerous awards and distinctions.
Chris has the honor of being a Special Real Estate Commissioner for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Christopher is a certified in Real Estate Negotiation, Relocation, Buyer's Representation, Seller's Representation, Distressed Property, Short Sales and Foreclosures, Res.net and REO bank owned properties. Chris has been married to Michelle for 30 years and is proud to be the father of two sons, Connor and Aidan.
